pricing changed, and scheduling now has a free workspace. team health starter is $25 a month per team ($20 billed annually) and growth is $99 ($79) for up to ten teams. scheduling is $49 ($39) for up to ten workspaces, and free for one workspace of up to 20 activities, with no card and no end date. when you have both products, scheduling is half price. everything is flat, never per person, annual is 20% off, and for any team big enough to be anonymous that comes to $4 a person or less. the first week got fixes: a new team's first check-in now waits until five people have joined, or 72 hours after the first invitation, so the first read is not an empty one; people who join later get the check-in that is already open; new teams default to every two weeks; and we fixed a bug that refused some form posts on jollygig.com, which we found before anyone had signed up. there is a methods page now, with the studies named and a list of what we have not validated. scheduling no longer starts from a blank page: you can start from an example project, or paste a plan from a spreadsheet. it also learns from your actuals, so once five activities have finished the forecast shows how often the real duration landed inside your range and offers a stretch based on it. we lowered the correlation prompts' ceiling and now call them a rule of thumb, and if everyone on a team of five answers the same way, the dashboard shows the count and not the pattern. sign in with google, microsoft or apple is built and will sit beside the email link once we switch it on. it is not live yet.

we walked the product through twice with six simulated testers and fixed about fifty things they found, mostly in the first minutes after setup and in the company path, where an owner creates teams for other managers. the testers were agents, not people, so whether real members believe the anonymity is still an open question. the comparison pages lost competitor price ranges we could not verify, and "an admin can't re-link an answer" now says what is true, including the creation time every database record carries. a voice pass rewrote about a hundred sentences to say what we mean, and a design and accessibility pass fixed contrast, keyboard use and screen-reader labels. trials now send three short tips, which an owner can turn off, and pages for signed-out visitors download far less script (the home page went from 202 KB to 63 KB compressed). we also added a small count of our own sign-ups and teams for ourselves to read. it holds counts only, and there is still no analytics on the site.

the two products came together in one app: one sign-in, one shell, one bill. an organization holds teams and workspaces, the trial is 30 days with no card, and an ended trial makes things read-only instead of locking you out. scheduling arrived with its forecast, its drivers and its actuals, next to team health, along with the pricing page, the help centre, the privacy page, the terms and the data processing addendum. the privacy page now says plainly that every database record carries a creation time that we never read. the first two posts went up, on why a p50 date is not a commitment and why independent estimates flatter you.
